Application of hot stamping ink roller:

The hot ink roll is used for ink roll coding machine, sealingmachine, and 380F coding machine to print the production date,batch number and other digital and text identification on various flexible packaging film such as paper, PP film, PE film, PVC ect. The preheating time	Preheating about 20 or 25 Minutes, until ink roller surface softening, then begin to work.
Using temperature	Temperature is lower, the ink cannot Melt Temperature is higher, it will flow out ink. So temperature will effect the printing times
More printing times	about 5 to 10 degrees, the printing times will be increased.
