Common faults and troubleshooting for the 1-5L beverage juice liquid oil water bottle filling machine

1, the amount of filling is not stable, the amount more or less

(1) Check if there is air leakage at the inlet of the filling machine (if there is no air bubble), and if there is no air leakage, it will be eliminated.

(2) Check if there is foreign matter inside the check valve (check valve) to make the valve close, and clear it if there is.

(3) Check if the magnetic switch on the cylinder is fixed firmly. If it is loose, tighten it. When tightening, do not use too much force.

(4) Whether the Y-ring seal in the cylinder is tight or not, if there is any leakage, replace the new seal.

2, filling head drip

(1) Whether there is shaking phenomenon during filling machine work, such as checking whether the four anchor bolts of the filling machine are in contact with the ground.

(2) Check whether there is foreign matter in the filling valve to make the valve close, and clear it if there is.

(3) Check if there is a seal on the sealing head in the filling valve. If not, install it.

3、灌装速度是缓慢的

(1) Check if the inlet pressure is normal. If it is not normal, check whether the air path is clogged and check if the air compressor is working properly.

(2) adjust the overall speed control valve, adjust the screw to exit faster, otherwise slow.

(3) Increase the intake pressure
