Common problem and solving


1.The ink cartridge does not ink or the ink is incomplete.

Replace the new ink cartridge to confirm whether there is a problem with the main unit. If there is any problem, please return to the factory for repair. If there is no problem, it is judged to be the ink cartridge problem. This situation is generally seen when the new ink cartridge is left for a long time or the protective cover is placed in the air. Ink cartridges generally have a high probability of recovery, which can be solved as follows

Fold it with a paper towel and press it on the nozzle position. Shake the ink cartridge several times to make the ink flow out and punch it out.

Rinse or soak with a special cleaning solution. Do not soak the liquid to the contacts and the machine. If there is no cleaning agent, it can be replaced by alcohol.

The left and right nozzles can be changed in the print-print setting-nozzle switch

2. The use time is significantly shortened

If the ambient temperature is low, it is considered that the output of the lithium ion battery is lowered due to low temperature. This is the characteristic of all the batteries. If the feeling is not met, the battery can be returned to the factory.

If the temperature is not low, consider the battery aging

3. Can't boot

Need to judge whether the adapter is damaged, you can use a multimeter to measure, the normal value is about 16.8v, if there is no voltage, you can buy the adapter from the manufacturer, please return to the factory for other problems.

4. The touch screen is not allowed

Please use the touch screen calibration function in the tool interface to calibrate

5. In-machine water

If there is water or other liquid in the inkjet printing machine, please disconnect the external power adapter immediately, turn off the power, contact the manufacturer for maintenance, and prohibit private opening to prevent loss.
